Guidelines and Instructions

The 2025 DDA Awards pertain to any projects that has been completed by the close of the award portal. However, the project does not have to remain on the market at the time that the Awards package submissions are due. Builders, professionals, suppliers, manufacturers, trade contractors and any other DDA member are eligible to submit applications for the DDA Awards Gala pursuant to the following eligibility requirements:

  • The applicant must be a member in good standing of the DDA as of December 31, 2024, in order to submit an application.
  • The applicant must be a member in good standing of the DDA on the night of the DDA Awards Gala in order to receive an award.
  • All projects must be located within Canada.

Entry Details

  • There is no limit on the number of entries per entrant.
  • There is no specific project completion timeline requirement; projects completed in any year may be entered.
  • A project previously entered into the competition but has not won can be submitted again.
